World's Toughest Job?

If you were offered a job with no benefits, no holidays off, no breaks AND no pay, would you take it? Probably not. What if I told you there was no guaranteed sleep either? Still no takers? Funnily enough there are so many people in the world that actually have this job.
Around Mother's Day in 2014, a video was released on YouTube documenting interviews held for a position titled, Director of Operations. As appealing as the job sounded, only 24 people applied. During the interviews, there was definitely some shock over what was being asked of the employee. They asked, "Is that even legal?" and uttered "Nobody is going to do that for free!" But isn't there somebody who would? Someone who already does?
The interviewer eventually admitted that the position was already filled by someone, by billions of people actually; by mothers. Yep. I admit, I cried when I first watched this video. I thought it was due to it being that time of the month, but it was actually because I realized that I take my mother for granted. My mother, along with many women around the world, literally has one of the hardest jobs in the world and she has never been paid to do it. According to the video, being a mother offers, "infinite opportunities for personal growth and rewards.” Hopefully, all mothers around the world are able to get the repayment and recognition they deserve.
If you haven't already, please give this video a watch. Hopefully, it puts things into perspective.
